Yes, we ship to several countries around the world. Shipping costs and times vary depending on your location. Check our "Shipping Information" section for more details.
For mainland France, orders are generally delivered in 5 to 9 working days. For other countries, delivery times may vary between 7 and 15 working days. You will receive an order tracking email to track your delivery.
We process orders quickly. If you wish to make changes or cancel an order, please contact us at contactclyra@proton.me within 24 hours of your purchase. After this time, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
If your product arrives damaged or has a defect, contact us immediately at contactclyra@proton.me with photos of the product and your order number. We will offer you a replacement or refund depending on your situation.
