Refund Policy

At Clyra , your satisfaction is our priority. Our return policy is valid for 30 days . After this period, we will unfortunately not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.


Eligibility requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be undamaged and in the same condition as when received.
  • Be in its original packaging.
  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Item damaged or incomplete for reasons not attributable to an error on our part.
  • Item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund procedure

  1. Confirmation of receipt: Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email.
  2. Decision: You will be notified whether your refund has been approved or denied.
  3. Processing: If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Note :

  • The initial delivery costs (shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund (except in the case of free delivery).
  • A return fee of €9.90 for mainland France, and a supplement of €4.90 for the return to service of returned products will apply.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received your refund after several days, contact us at 📧 ContactClyra @proton .me . We will help you solve this problem.


Exchanges

We only replace defective or damaged items.
For an exchange:

  1. Contact us at 📧 ContactClyra @proton .me with:
    • Photos of the defective product.
    • Your order number.
    • Your contact details.
  2. We will guide you through the procedure to follow.

Product warranty

Clyra products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Warranty conditions:

  • Manufacturing defects are covered.
  • Natural wear and tear from normal use is not covered.
    If you have any problems, please contact us at 📧 ContactClyra @proton .me with:
  • Your order number.
  • Your name, first name and email.
  • A description of the defects found.

We will replace the part or product concerned after validation.
