Refund Policy
At Clyra , your satisfaction is our priority. Our return policy is valid for 30 days . After this period, we will unfortunately not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be undamaged and in the same condition as when received.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Item damaged or incomplete for reasons not attributable to an error on our part.
- Item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund procedure
- Confirmation of receipt: Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email.
- Decision: You will be notified whether your refund has been approved or denied.
- Processing: If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
Note :
- The initial delivery costs (shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund (except in the case of free delivery).
- A return fee of €9.90 for mainland France, and a supplement of €4.90 for the return to service of returned products will apply.
Late or missing refunds

Exchanges
We only replace defective or damaged items.
For an exchange:

- Photos of the defective product.
- Your order number.
- Your contact details.
- We will guide you through the procedure to follow.
Product warranty
Clyra products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Warranty conditions:
- Manufacturing defects are covered.
- Natural wear and tear from normal use is not covered.

- Your name, first name and email.
- A description of the defects found.
We will replace the part or product concerned after validation.
